Delta has been out in the world for a full day! @elizabethphillipsvoiceover does such an amazing job with this book, and as much as I love her performance in Beta, she somehow outdoes it with Delta! She’s also now an accomplished metal-worker/jeweler— she made the replica of Sammy’s dog whistle necklace I’m wearing in this!

Happy Mother’s Day to all my fellow tired moms! Today, I speared my finger with a sewing needle while fixing a ripped toy and later got toddler barf down my shirt! (I was also a lucky barf recipient on Friday 👍)
BUT I also got to go to the library, work on book stuff, eat sushi, and the post-vomit shower was also pretty nice. Plus, even when she’s sick, Nora is pretty cute.
Here’s to all the moms pursuing their passions in storytelling while juggling kids. This circus act is HARD and you are all killing it.

Actually, the REAL aurora last night was spectacular, and I’m so grateful I got to experience it directly overhead! Excuse me while I relocate to somewhere I can see auroras all the time.
